max’s first fan fiction novel

first fan fiction by max

Hi guys, I have decided to make a fan fiction novel to continue on the series of Harry Potter by J.K Rowling. It’s about a principal of Falcrow Academy of Magic Arts (as invented by me) who teaches charms and who is one hundred and sixty four thousand years old. He owns a Philosopher’s Stone to keep himself from dying of old age, and he cursed himself to look like a 33 year-old. His name is Professor Seamus Falcon. He’s usually in a very good mood, he’s a positive and humourous person. He wears a long leather coat, has a green and purple striped scarf, and he has short curly hair that falls down in a flump on his forehead.

It’s about a principal of Falcrow Academy of Magic Arts (as invented by me) who teaches charms and who is one hundred and sixty four thousand years old.

The Falcrow Academy of Magic Arts was named that because it was built upon the volcanic mountain, Mount Falcrow. The Academy is a boarding school where the children wake up at 5:30am to go to breakfast. Then they go to first session, where they might do things such as learning charms or broomstick flying lessons. Then they have lunch at 1pm. After that they have middle session, then dinner. Dinner is at 6pm then after dinner they do things like feed the dragons with Professor Falcon or study in bed for a few hours. On weekends students still do at least one school activity, like history with Mr Joemej. There’s also Quidditch matches on the weekend.

Here is the First Year’s timetable for the first week of school:

Let’s Hang Out

  • ‘everything in the world comes down to time in the end. happiness is a time you’re looking forward to, or time you look back on. it’s all about time passing.’
#annetyler

i was chatting with my grown-up son the other day and we were agreeing that right now, sometimes it feels like time has just... stopped. i have a lot of space to just be. sometimes i find myself reliving happy moments in my mind.

it’s interesting the things that come back to you. the clarity that perspective brings. the narrowing down, and the sifting through. what rises to the surface, when the noise falls away.

this one and her brother couldn’t be loving #stayhome life more. they’ve entertained each other and us (including writing, directing and performing a post-apocalyptic themed play), they’ve embraced having their dad and i take turns teaching them (they made up their own anthem for homeschool), and while they’ve spent more than their fair share of iso school hols on screens, basically,
during these strange and trying times, they’ve been, and are, a joy and a delight ✨
here i tried to take a portrait of rose and she turned the camera on me. because that’s what your children will do, right?
  • a couple of weeks ago i tried to fathom the current state of things as a whole. mistake. being newly single and separated from the little kids for part of the week adds another layer to things. this is just my deal right now. everyone has their own stuff going on. it’s a lot.
never have i ever spent so much time in public parks and gardens. i think we all have a greater appreciation of the world that isn’t human right now. the other day, apropos of nothing, rose said to me: i love nature. and i feel like humans just build things and wreck everything. they don’t care about nature unless it helps them.
max started telling her how she could help (regeneration programs) i started talking about voting.
but mostly i hugged her, and said yeah, that’s true. cause humans. sheesh.

comparatively speaking, we’re doing okay here. but i share this now, cause when i read of other’s struggles, for a moment i feel less alone. maybe hearing mine will do that for you too 🤍
